Thank you @ChaosLabs. We endorse the revised parameters proposed above.

While @LlamaRisk and @ChaosLabs initially differed on the specifics, we both agree that the current situation warrants parameters adjustment. The revised LT reduction is very moderate and limits potential adverse effects.

We encourage the DAO community to vote to enact these changes while we continue the dialogue with BitGo & BitGlobal.
