What you'll do
Conduct in-depth research on various RWA categories (e.g., real estate, private debt, carbon credits, trade finance).
Track and analyze trends, regulations, and innovations in the tokenization of real-world assets.
Evaluate existing RWA protocols and platforms (e.g., Centrifuge, Goldfinch, Maple, Clearpool).
Assess risk, yield, and collateral structures for tokenized assets.
Create reports, investment memos, and internal knowledge bases.
Collaborate with product, strategy, and investment teams to advise on integration or investment opportunities.
Stay updated on legal and compliance implications of on-chain/off-chain bridging
Requirements
Strong research and analytical skills with a background in finance, economics, or blockchain technology.
Understanding of DeFi mechanisms and how RWAs are integrated into DeFi ecosystems.
Prior experience in a research role at a crypto protocol, fund, or fintech firm preferred.
Familiarity with RWA-focused protocols and tokenization platforms.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
